On receiving your enquiry SIPA will respond in detail the available production capacity and possible shipment dates for the specific product-range selected. Our Production-capacity is given for three months' time, from the date of order confirmation. 

Order level / requirements : As you choose the details of interested product-range, we welcome you to contact us for expected delivery and the shipment dates.

While several artisan-groups are working on different product-line, minimum quantity and the value of the order would be shared with you for a time-bound production, individual packaging for presentation, economical & sea-worthy packing and cost-effective shipment.

Prices : FOB Prices are offered in both US $ and in Euros € from Chennai sea / airport. However, depending on the quantity and value of the order requirements, C&F / CIF rates could be offered. And, based on the raw-material cost and wage-levels, prices are revised once a year.

Packaging : The rates offered are for products with standard packaging and for bulk packing. Depending upon the need and order quantity, individual packaging (for presentation) would be possible at a nominal extra cost.

Product development : SIPA team and the Artisan designers will be happy to work on product development with design input as may be offered by External / Buyers' designers, to meet their specific and special interest / requirements.
